Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht is undertaking a review of the practise of taking young raptors from the wild within the scope of Article 9 of the Birds Directive.
The Department is inviting submissions from stakeholders for their views on the taking of raptor species from the wild including the annual “Peregrine Draw”.
