For almost 50 years, Vincent Wildlife Trust (VWT) has led the way in supporting the recovery of mammal species such as the otter, horseshoe bats, and pine marten. VWT is respected internationally as a leader in developing and implementing innovative approaches that halt and reverse declines in threatened mammal species, thereby directly addressing biodiversity loss. VWT has had a permanent presence in Ireland since 1995. The main focus of VWT Ireland’s work is currently the lesser horseshoe bat, Irish stoat and the pine marten.
