Free Briefing on Water Quality, Septic Tanks & Private Treatment Systems

Whale Watching weekends on Cape Clear

IWDG are delighted to announce another series of their popular whale watching weekend courses this summer 2012 on Cape Clear Island, Co. Cork on May 25-27th, July 20-22nd & Sept. 7-9th. Vote for funds to stop the destruction of Ireland’s Peatland Bogs!

Friends of the Irish Environment need your help. We have applied for funding to help stop the mechanised destruction of Ireland’s Peatland Bogs from the European Outdoor Conservation Association (EOCA), a group of outdoor companies raising money to put into conservation projects. Life+ call for proposals 2012

The sixth LIFE+ call for proposals was published on 13 March 2012, with up to €276 million available for co-financing of projects under three headings: Nature and biodiversity; Environment policy and governance; and Information and communication.
